You need to try back exercises like rows and pull ups to strengthen your back and do light dumbbell bench presses to stretch out your tight pectoralis major muscles. It will help you a lot. I used to have a hunched posture like you and this helped me a ton. I legit gained multiple inches of height just by being able to stand straight

Seriously though, try pec stretching with light dumbbell bench presses at least. It might help you a lot. I know it did a lot for me
