The Mediterranean look is typical for Southern Europe, like countries such as Italy, Greece, or Spain. These people often have darker skin and hair, but their facial features are clearly European.
The Oriental look on the other hand, comes from the Middle Eastern region. People there have sharper facial features, more prominent noses, fuller lips, and often thicker beards.
I feel bad for guys, who are clearly meds getting called Arabs by German and Austrian Retards, because of "muh dark hair," even though it's easy to distinguish an Italian from a Syrian.
