I haven't been eating much over the past couple weeks because I don't have the energy to cook anything. Ordered goyslop last week as well.

Is it bad that I dread actually having to interact with the delivery guy? Even if it's just for a second. And I also dread even having to go outside to collect it and be seen by other people.

It's weird. My inhibition can vary a lot depending on my mood. Right now it's at rock bottom but last year I had really low inhibition when I was trying to normiemax. I was able to cold approach and actually try to start conversations with people. But ever since I failed at that I've been pretty anxious and closed off.
