Therapy is a scam, I'd never go to therapy even if it was free

IT will always just pull some BS like "you have to want it to work"... We do. Or "you have to go to more than one session".... We do.... Or "you cant expect therapy to get you a girlfriend".... We don't. But it also can't solve the issues that bother us. It will never change how we are treated, or how people respond to us. It wont make us equal. The problem will always persist, therefore therapy cant address it. The best therapists can do is give you generic coping mechanisms. But they truly cannot begin to address the issue of inceldom. For many its perpetual and the issues it comes with, social exclusion etc are not going away even after 10 years of therapy and efforts. It's used as an excuse so they can place blame on us.

Real solutions aren't of any interest to them. Most of their advice is designed in such a way that it fails, and also so that they can attack us when it does fail. Notice if you follow one bit of advice, and tell them it didnt work, they will insult you and tell you to do the opposite. And the cycle repeats. Therapy is good for certain things and I say go ahead if it can help one become more comfortable with existing. But inceldom causes an uncomfortable existence regardless. I do often wonder if they suggest therapy to get us into debt or someshit. God knows for many it's not cheap. Us having less finances and possible money troubles ontop of feeling shit already is probably a sneaky way for them to drive us closer to suicide without actually having to explicitly encourage us the way some of their members, and members of the rest of society does.

I went to multiple therapists. Therapists are boomers. I cannot relate to boomers and boomers do not understand my problems. even if they do understand, they'll offer boomer solutions which wouldn't work in 2022.

Even the younger ones don't really get it tbh. also, there is nothing a therapist can tell you that a guy on reddit or 4chan can't. you're literally paying someone to give u basic advice.. it's bullshit

Years ago, I heard a certain male named 'K' sitting outside my commune room. I was sleeping. I woke up briefly and heard him laughing at my sleep-talking, which I realized was very "racial" in nature. I was denigrating White foids. Well, a woman who owns a therapy company on twitter the other week was expressing how she thought we were "unfuckable creeps"... To think that therapists are any different to other people. They still follow the status quo. They still treat reject males like dirt a lot of the time. People expect us to go to therapy.... But these are the people we are getting therapy from. People who absolutely despise our existence. They cannot, and will not help us. Because they don't understand inceldom, as you can see in the attached image, they will also use false definitions. Also it's in their best interests too, to keep leeching money from us by keeping us in a cycle.

You're reminding me of my first stint in group therapy. Youth would nearly always overlook me. Some blatantly insulted me and made statements such as "Intellau, you know no one wants to partner with you. Go over to the table and sit alone", "Tsk"(Directed at me), "No one likes him! He acts like a female! Why do I have to go to the 'Quiet Room'?".

The only exception was when a certain kind youth joined my group. He treated me respectfully and showed concern for my obvious anxiety and social ineptitude; I was his partner for one group assignment, and it went very well.

My father would often denigrate me for my autistic traits and sometimes hit me. I was a heavily-depressed/anxious "puppet" for Normies to string around. I wasn't even comfortable with asking to go to the bathroom or looking around the therapy room due to fear of criticism.

Yes, I remember my final day in group therapy well. I was heavily depressed, as usual. It was cloudy and raining. A certain Black youth told me, "Intellau, go over there."(As usual), and I obeyed him out of a desire for peaceful group time. A kid by the name of "Sean", another Black youth, criticized my writing and said "Wow....Intellau's writing is terrible"(He was handing out our goal sheets for the day); he also made sure to read my "discharge" certificate. I kept my discharge secret so I wouldn't be laughed at by my group "mates".

And as usual, on the drive home, the young girls in my transportation van started hitting me and drawing on me. Why? Simple:



Depressing day.

Very common. Most male teenagers look at me like I am a young child. My height is between 5'2 - 5'3.

Indeed. In group therapy, a twelve-year-old Black boy towered over me and called me a "short girl". He would snicker and say "Tch" at me during group line-ups. I was 15.
