Opinions on this situation that happened to me? How brutal is this on a scale of 1 - 10?

Some years back I took my little sister to the park one day, we were both on the swings. And this little boy had arrived and asked if we wanted to play hide and seek.

I said “nah, I’m not feeling well” I felt dizzy and sick on the stomach. Never eat anything sweet before getting on the swings, I had some honey dipped chicken.

Then the boy was just looking at me strange as I felt sick, then he tries to quietly say to my sister “he’s coo coo”. It did hurt quite a bit ngl, but my sister laughed it off with me and said it wasn’t that big of a deal since he’s only like 7 or 8, so I guess that helped some.

I know it was because of how I look. I had never been brutalized by a kid like that before, and kids are the most honest when it comes to people aren’t they?

Normies don't give a shit if you're not feeling well, if you don't exhibit hive-mind behavior they'll still mock you. Even if you have terminal illness they'll mock you.

Should've slapped some sense into him

That is extremely brutal since kids haven’t developed a filter for their feelings and thoughts yet. No one is more honest than children or the elderly. If you looked like Bruce Wayne he wouldn’t have said that shit.

Should have asked him what his problem is
