My Winter Car is out (been out for a few weeks, but I just got around to playing it). The atmosphere is incredibly cozy.

Yes, it's very cozy. MWC is even better for that, as the snowy theming is more comfy.

I personally use the in game radio and import my own music (using .ogg files ripped from Spotify using Soggfy, then renamed in a batch using a Python script I wrote). It's more diegetic/immersive this way, and there is even a nice little progression system of upgrading your antenna, radio player and installing subwoofers for better sound quality and additional bass.
