Every single citizen needs to be able to freely arm itself
I don't mind having to take tests, etc. but when it comes to having to wait months, going to ridiculous lengths for one i hate it (Western Europe, East Asia, etc. )

Guns are important for weak manlets to have any chance of surviving any conflict, so yeah, I think they should be accessible.
