I know most people in the world are uncut, but it's the opposite for people in the United States. What's your opinion on it? I am uncut, and my dick looks and works fine. Here in Latin America is extremely rare, I learnt about it at like 14, and I honestly felt shocked and bad about you guys who were cut.
