I don’t know some porn concepts make me lose faith in humanity. Front page is full of degen content at any given time. I think I’m just hyper sympathetic and disturbed by not only the concepts but the fact people find these concepts appealing.

But there is a degree of if you look for trouble you will find it. I could probably easily avoid seeing turn offs.

If you really want to minimize usage I would recommend breaking that streak today and then doing 6 days again. You are setting yourself up for a give up and binge until a month later when you decide its time to go “sober” again. Just aim for better usage.
