The main poster that was bothering me was @cocksucker. He was implying that men and women are roughly equally likely to "cheat" when given the chance. This implies that a man and woman have the same obligations in a relationship and that a man having other sexual partners is an act of cheating which couldn't be further from the truth.
I don't believe it to be contentious to say that in a relationship a man is primarily obligated to provide the woman with resources and in return the woman is obligated to provide exclusive access to her body and to bear children. Any other obligations stems from vows. With that said, I think it is unfair for the man to be both obligated to financial support and sexual exclusivity, this would obviously put more primary obligations on the man than the woman and needs some justification for.
Another point that needs to be brought up is the different implications between a man and a woman having multiple sexual partners. I am sure that no one on this forum is alien to the concept of "monkey branching" or doubt it is an actual occurrence. With that said, the primary practitioners of monkey branching are women who can be identify by determining if they have multiple sexual partners or not. What about men (some of you might ask)? Men having sexual partners isn't an indicator of monkey branching. Very few men would even consider doing something like monkey branching. I mean it isn't exactly a rare occurrence for Chad to have sex with Jane. Men having multiple sexual partners implies one of two things primarily. he is either pumping and dumping or he is raising multiple families neither of which are actual violations of his primary obligation of being a provider.
Lets not forget perhaps the most important point of cuckoldry ( which was alluded to in the first point). Unlike men, it is nearly impossible for women to have multiple sexual partners without cucking at least one of them (outside the use of modern technology anyways which still doesn't work 100% of the time). I can not think of a betrayal a woman can perform that can outmatch then leading her partner(s) to raising a child that isn't even his.
In closing, when a man have multiple sexual partners outside his relationship it comes at no expense or danger to the spouse and doesn't violate any primary obligation but when a woman does it she knowing endangers him to being a cuck in addition to violating her obligations yet people @cocksucker would have you believe that both of these occurrences are equally as bad.
