Many people make it look that inceldom is a super complicated matter involving genetics, mental health, wealth, race, jaw angle blah blah blah...
The reality is they society has shifted onto a "antithesis" direction of itself.
In the past, 17 women reproduced for one man. So these were the cave men times where there was not a very big society. Then came the advancement in technology that kick-started agriculture culture which demanded the cooperation of many individuals.
Thus born modern society as we know - marriage was an attempt to regulate society and give men wives as a bribe to participate in a mutual benefitting society.
Men had greater strength and more "extremes" (super dumb or super smart are all men), therefore was tasked with the protection of said society and to work for it, while women raised the children.
But more times is reversing this. The current arrangement, that is, gender equality. Gender equality is incompatible with modern society as we know; aside technologies like social media and dating apps (I'm sure you know these things and their effects, their effects are not the point of this thread).
The average man can no longer rely on his earning as a bargaining chip to achieve a mate that relies on him. Hell, due to the effects of neoliberal capitalism, the average man is poor and both persons in a family usually have to work
Polygamy has returned. Analysis of societies across the world tells us that in places like central Africa, where polygamy is common (11% of population practice it), war tends to follow and tend to be bloodier. In fact, bribe kidnapping/buying is a bit thing in Muslim cultures.
With globalisation, this arrangement is causing birth rate to drop super low. So what will happen is that when the workforce runs dry, foreigners with a robust gender role system will come in and replace the natives culture.
Remember that women are fine with 60%+ of men suffering if it meant genders are treated "equally" (on paper).
Note: chads are not counted when I talked about "men". They're statistically irrelevant and doesn't get negatively affected by gender equality (though some chads do want a traditional family)
I may write a post with more details if it gets popular, just paraphrasing things I know and shortening them cus I typed this on my phone.
