Basically they are implying "be considerate and youll get an attractive wife". They are saying that by your good behaviour as a male, you will be rewarded with a pretty girlfriend. But why "attractive wife" IT? If my memory serves me correct, looks play little to no role in dating to them. Wouldnt it make more sense to have a considerate wife as a result of being a considerate man?
