white people are only ~100 iq (vs east asians' 105 iqs) yet build the best nations because they have superior personality traits and creativity on avg which has allowed them to exceed east asians' economic success and innovativeness. white nations also have a more individualistic culture which is more advantageous in generating economic growth in a capitalistic society.
geography/resource availability also plays a bit of a role in determining a nations success but to a lesser degree, its mostly about the genetic quality of the people and their culture
