Most of you aren't gonna make it. Your life is going to get worse, not better. Past a certain threshold of ugliness, lifelong loneliness and misery are assured.

The only hope you have at a better life is living long enough to maybe benefit from future technological and medical advances that will rejuvenate you and make you able to access what a future world will have to offer in terms of plastic surgery, artificial pleasure, etc.

That means you should do these things asap:

- Stop smoking and drinking if you do so.
- Start gymcelling if you don't do so.
- Start taking metformin and/or berberine. Metformin is currently the only drug recognized for longevity potential. According to David Sinclair, Harvard longevity researcher, 1/3rd of all biochemists working in gerontology are already on metformin right now. Berberine is a similar compound that you can get OTC.
- Start to practice calorie restriction / intermittent fasting.

What's the point to live longer ? I don't want syrgeries, other benefits or artifcial fembots when i am 80....Drinking, smoking and drugs are a good cope so is gym.

May I add: Get plastic surgery.

I am already doing all of these except for the metamorphine one. :feelsokman:

It's still a gamble whether we ever will get to such a stage and meanwhile there is more pain to endure.

Red pill self improvement garbage.

If you couldn't get laid in high school in your sexual prime (we have evolved to start having kids at that age) surrounded by girls with their hormones raging, then gymceling will do nothing for you except make you rage when you see some skinny armed twinklet with a cute girl. Your health will only prolong your suffering. Technology will only be in service of the beautiful people - look at Tinder, it's a global instrument of oppression and eugenics.

How do you know? A source would be welcomed for a big claim like that.
The source is literally just before the comma. It's only biochemists working in the field of gerontology, though - I should have made it more precise.
Red pill self improvement garbage.
Tech-optimism / futurism is the only serious alternative to suicide for ugly truecels.

It's not perfect, but it's the only thing out there besides religious copes.

The best reason to longevitymax is to piss off all the normies who want you to die

Astronomical iq.

It's a good plan, I'm already doing all this and have for years, instinctively trying to hibernate until more favorable conditions arrive
My pill stack is pretty outdated though and I'm still going through my supply of curcumin and resveratrol.

Well, the main point I see is to extend the time you are able-bodied and healthy, not necessarily to extend the time when you are old and in pain, if you are still young then you can do this.

That was a statement. A source would be a link to a reliable outlet where the claim was made first.

Resveratrol has extremely low bioavailability unfortunately... Only 1% of what you swallow gets in your cells. Pterostilbene is way better. Sinclair takes pterostilbene. The ideal longevity stack is metformin, berberine and pterostilbene. Plus nicotinamide riboside if you're 50+.

I'm on my cell phone and I don't want to spend hours collecting sources for everything. Just use Google, Wikipedia and /r/longevity. The Sinclair claim I have seen on cuckit if I recall.

Thanks for the tips, I've also been looking for the most available magnesium supplement (hard to get from food due to modern farming practices) and magnesium threonate seems like a good candidate.

At what point do you predict we will be able to reverse ageing so that all this other technology can make us more than just Grandpa-Chads?

That heavily depends on whether Ray Kurzweil is a good forecaster or not... Evidence suggests that Kurzweil has always been miraculously right so far, but with a 10 year delay that is due to an emotional bias caused by his old age. Basically, for best case scenario, read each of Kurzweil's predictions and add 10 years for good measure.

That gives us longevity escape velocity / rejuvenation in the 2030s rather than 2020s, and the beginning of the Singularity in 2039 rather than 2029.

Thank you for your efforts and the long post. But I have to say: it's basic bitch advice that won't get you very far.

How about getting a skill in a area where you can make make money on freelance jobs online that are going to supply you enough income to live in SEA; jobs such as site design, content writing etc. If you move to SEA, you can get laid from day one. Instead, what you're suggesting is trying to maximize the shitty hand you've been dealt with, improve shape and try to preserve what you already have -- things that don't gaurantee you ANYTHING, and maybe will give a 10% boost over what you had before. So let's say you're a 3, and you maximize your looks (by the method you're) by 20%. You'll gain only 0.6 points. Now you're 3.6 and you got nowhere. You're still invisible to women.

What you're suggesting is called in the business world is bootstrapping, a strategy that's considered futile. It's like trying to pick yourself up with your own hands by pulling up your feet.

I've been to Thailand 3 years ago. I was 23 years old. Never had a girlfriend until that point, never sex with a civilian before - only escortcelling. The moment I got to Thailand. In 5 mins, I shit you not! my tinder was blowing up with matches of local bitches in Chiang Mai. And in less than a hour later one of my matches came by. We drank tea, and half hour later she gave me a handjob in the alley (I'm not showing of! I'm trying to show how location changes your LMS). By the way, I don't even remember spending money up until that point. I was getting laid there in a course of one month with more than I would in a lifetime of living in Israel.

If you guys want to make it, dream big! Pick unconventional routes of making money. Entrepreneurship. Study graphic design, site design. If you have an additional language try to leverage that and translate content for sites, apps or fucking whitepapers for ICO. If your English skills are not sharp take a free course of English grammar in edx. We are living in the information age. You guys can make it by learning a skill! I have a friend who's currently in Vietnam and he does translation gigs through upwork. He's getting shit pay right now. But when he'll build his reputation he'll be able to get more work for better money.

I’m glad you pointed this out to me, because the further I’m getting into the book the more excited the prospect makes me, though the out of date predictions (to be expected of a book published in 2004) and references to (then) contemporary technology have lead me to watching Kurzweil’s interviews and media appearances, which serve as a great contextual footnotes for what is otherwise an incredible book. It’s a shame how science books tend to age badly, I hope he considers updating it or adding clauses in the same way Dawkins later did for ‘The Selfish Gene.’

Rumor has it that he's soon going to publish an updated book called The Singularity is Nearer.

Great advice, i love self improvement, but doesn't the gym not really make you healthier?

i have a plan to surgery max. I just need time. If I miss ascension with that, I will reevaluate and maybe turn full cope to drugs.

I frequently see you posting about how gym doesn't help anything
Just because you are too lazy to go to gym, doesn't mean it doesn't do anything lmao.

I don't care for "sex robots". If sex robots are the only thing you can envision when thinking of the future, I'm sorry for you.

As you might have gathered I am very low IQ. It is because I am a shitskin. So Perhaps I should just be quiet. The future belongs to the White man. The rest of us are just extras. Local wildlife and fauna.

Yeah. The health effects of gymcelling are so well-established that it's ridiculous to even argue the contrary. Thousands and thousands of studies. It all comes down to hormesis basically. It's true it is counter-intuitive though.

The White man were doomed to extinction in 1945.

Tbh, I don't really believe any of us will taste the sweet stuff announced by Kurzweil... It's probably too optimistic.

The real appeal of singularity to me is knowing that sooner or later, the universe will be left to the care of a superior synthetic species. Imagine a universe where intelligence and reason reign supreme... where our chimp asses have disappeared.

The longer you live the more chances of seeing the transition

Out hope is to make contact with extraterrestrial lifeforms light years ahead in technological advancement so they may bless us with their advanced looksmaxx technologies.

Basically the scenario of Mass Effect (alien artifact discovered on Mars)

Great games, especially the first 2.

Tfw ETs just take the Chad's and all the women for continuous mating, saying we aren't needed to preserve our species.

That is extremely exciting, when is it rumoured to be published? It’s so strange that once exponential growth has been pointed out to you, you just see it everywhere. I’d be very interested to see what his official update on the subject might look like, something to look forward to inside the long wait.

2019.

Tbh, I still don't really believe in exponential growth, although you can indeed see some signs of it in worldwide computing power and internet penetration, transistor development, smartphone development, video game graphics, GDP in developing countries, AI research papers, computing power dedicated to AI (doubling every 3.5 months lately) etc. Genius-level IQ researchers active in the field of cryonics (Mike Darwin, Jordan Sparks) love to deride Kurzweil, for instance. If you want a "cold shower" on your hopes, read Darwin's blog. This cold shower especially applies to biology, not pure technology. It is indeed easier to iterate improvements on transistors than on biotech, because we have a good knowledge of how transistors work and a bad knowledge of how human DNA works.

My personal opinion is that there is some chances that inventing a super AI is actually easier than finding the fountain of youth.

That would make the aliens extremely stupid, if they chose looks as the basis for mating instead of IQ

Nobody cares how smart the animals in a zoo/preserve are. Their looks matter a lot though.

Yeah, for a zoo they'd get the Chads and Stacies, but for research they should choose someone else

Hmmmm.

Technological advancements will just make undesirable males less wanted and needed. Technology automates physical and mental labour, the only two things society stands to benefit from by keeping incels around.

What about NAC?

Metformin is also good against prostate cancer.

It's so gratifying to physicalperformancemog people, that's one of my reasons to do this stuff.

The only legit way of looksmaxxing is getting plastic surgery.

I would rather we get actual VR than this, our reality is too limited to help some of us.

a nice TODO list! I'm practicing them, except for the metformin. Of which I heard that it is given to patients with pre-diabetes, or early type-2 diabetes. Calorie restriction, weight loss (in which intermittent fasting can also help) can be an alternative of taking metformin - strictly from the diabetes perspective. So it was surprising to see it on your list, however there are articles online that support the idea. I guess obesity is the real enemy and it can / should be attacked in many ways

Metformin has wide effects that go way further than mere glucose restriction. It's the closest we have to an immortality pill right now and every aging scientist takes it on top of doing CR. Research has shown it activates a lot of different longevity/repair pathways, suppresses tumors, and accumulates in mitochondria to do God knows what. The wide-range power of this drug would actually be very scary if we didn't have a very long track-record of safety (diabetics who take metformin live longer than non-diabetics, which is absolutely remarkable).

Take berberine if you can't find a doctor willing to give you metformin, or if you're afraid of ordering metformin from shady websites.

Both molecules have very similar effects, berberine has lower bioavail. so you need to take higher doses for the same effects. Read this very good comparative study

This could work provided that we can actually afford to access said technology in the future
