Wrong as in morally wrong as in incorrect? Morally wrong no, it's neutral. Wrong as in incorrect no, it's valid, just in practice impossible to apply. With machine learning given a significantly large amount of training data you can solve any problem. In terms of natural selection, it's determined by environment and genetics. I think with enough information, you could train a neural network to predict if a person is an incel or not with a high degree of certainty.
