The Lord says that we can judge peoples actions, but let them not be judged as a whole.
Meaning not basing their action they did onto their entire self.
For example:
Such as if someone steals from the shop, we can say I don't want to associate with him because he is a thief. And that we don't want to let him into our house because he might steal again. That is our judgement to be made.
Or if a black kills someone, we can judge them based off of their action. Saying we don't want to associate with that person, because he is a muderer.
To summarise this:
“Judging” actions is part of moral discernment. But reducing someone to their worst behavior, crosses into a kind of judgment that’s reserved for God on the Day of Judgement.
Women's actions can be right or wrong, and we can judge them based off either.
