Around the middle of last year, I watched some old 90s movie and there was a very beautiful female lead. I saw the movie before last year, but never really gave much thought to the girl. So, after the movie, I searched the actress up and immediately became infatuated with her and could not stop thinking about her. Sometimes I would even cry because I would never be able to see her. I had fantasies about making a life with her and being with her forever.

I then began searching her up online to find some kind of fan mailing address or a home address. Couldn't find anything. Little by little, I stopped thinking of her and ended up deleting the photos I saved of her. I broke up with her and now only memories remain of our relationship that never was :cryfeels::feelsugh::incel:

TL;DR: used to be obsessed with girl I could never have and wanted to rope but got over it

I can understand where he's coming from. I've gotten infatuated with actresses too. And it wasn't super hot actresses. It was always ones that were pretty average looking. It's usually because I really liked their characters and fell in love with their acting.

But tbh I was never obsessed with her specifically (she was really gorgeous though), I was obsessed with the perfect of that life, finding a chaste, wholesome, kind, caring beautiful woman who would grant you any wish if she could, put that together with her innocent and bubbly personality and that just made the character she played all that more desirable, I was obsessed with the concept of something so perfect it never has nor will it ever exist, for any man really, it just isn't in women's nature (Genie is every man's dream, not the woman herself, but the concept)
