Keep in mind this isn't IT. This is another department that is much higher paying and is important in keeping the company alive. It requires smarter people.

Guess what? Their jobs are still going away to India lol. Even if they don't immediately, they're going to use that as a bargaining chip to oppress the workers even more.

IT Gone. Accounting Gone. Whatever department you can think of is going the same route.

Got to love capitalism and Globalism. This is the freedom people vote for. The freedom for companies to fuck over employees like this.

I'm beginning to understand why the west loves India so much. Unlike China there's no chance of them becoming a superpower anytime soon so companies can always outsource stuff to there without worry. Curries will be glad for the scraps their master gives them and always say YES SIR when needed.

Capital either goes to misery via outsourcing or it imports misery via immigration. Always just in order to increase competition among working people, bring down wages via cheap labor, and blackmail all of the non-possessing class (not possessing any factories or banks or real estate themselves) until they are all equally poor.

Marx and Engels wrote about this in regards to Irish immigration to England:
