I agree,that's why nowadays I just hit the gym to maintain some muscle I have and stay lean.Bulking/building muscle is big cope if you are manlet and don't have good frame.

i'm not even sure about the health aspects of the gym lifestyle, you can get injured, take in all sorts of toxic crap from barely regulated protein powders and supplements, starts eating very frequently which increases the metabolism and aging and hairloss.... all sorts of BS

sure, try to even out your frame, build your shoulders, leanmaxx your face, get rid of your belly... but building large amounts of muscle seems like a cope and an unhealthy one at that if what you care about is longevity, youth and a life free of chronic pains and other difficulties.

i'm building some muscle now only because my body was incredibly weak despite being fit and lean. i don't know how far I need to go with this.
I KNOW that you don't need to be a muscle freak to go through life, fuck a woman, breed, work, or be profesionally successful.
why should you sacrifice your long term wellbeing and longevity on the off chance that you attract a female? why go that far? it's a sick society.

This literally happened last week in my gym. Last week a 8/10 Chad registered with his 9/10 Stacy girlfriend. Both look like Gods, and already have amazing bodies that mog 99% of both males and females of the gym, and they've never worked out their entire lives.

Just be Chad.

To be fair it's nearly impossible to get injured in the gym unless you do something really stupid.

Compare it to basketball or tennis where people without ultra strong joints are always fucking up their knees.

a lot of people are shit at keeping good form or knowing when to stop, I already have an aching shoulder just from playing around with 10kg dumbbells and always stopping when I felt it was time to stop, my friend likewise has a weak shoulder from lifting barbells, didn't stop him form pushing me to keep going as hard as possible, it's a part of gym culture I guess.
heavy aerobics where you wear out your joints aren't the best idea, no arguments there.

high school and college coaches and trainers almost always do it

and then their athletes get lifelong injuries or die and they're not liable

but yeah, it's beyond fucking retarded and almost always resorts in no net gain over a longer time period

it seems so fucking dumb when you try to take a birds eye view of everything
the only thing you should burn out on is trying to actively get with women

I am, by far, the guy who takes the most heavy in the gym I go to. I use so many different techniques, I force my muscles in so many ways, besides eating like crazy, that anyone who hears my routines will think I'm a freak.

mistake. my fine wrists, my narrow shoulder, my short stature, and my enormous head result in a weak body that develops for nothing. I've never reached a 15-inch arm. I never reached 80 kg of weight (I reached 74, with body fat percentage 28%). Anyone who sees me thinks I started gym two months ago, even though I've been exercising for more than 10 years.
