Interesting, I thought of that as well yesterday. It seems like we see things that we're not supposed to see. Humans fare better when they don't question things too much. When they just enjoy the moment and don't try to understand themselves and their emotions.

The most crucial part of the blackpill is not that looks and genetics are very important for attraction, but rather the understanding of our own brain. Seeing how it can be described quite well with psychological models, how human interactions can be predicted, how the human brain might be simulated with an artificial neural network, which is at the end of the day just a mathematical function that maps input to output. It points towards us humans behaving in the same way. We would just be machines or algorithms that, based on our genetics and past experiences react to sensory input in a deterministic way. There would be no place for free will in such a picture.
