You start to not understand how you are seen through the eyes of others. I actually imagine people starting at something grotesque and alien when people look at me. I'm just an ugly male, but my mind makes me into something far worse.

Lack of social approval & social reinforcement solidify this image; these things are like a proof of what you believe yourself to be. No one cares to drag you out of this uncontrollable spiral either. Social reinforcement is for the winners.

Whenever I have to go outside I feel like everyone is staring and every little movement I make is judged, like if I move a certain way then they will start screaming 'monster monster kill him'. Yes bro.. I'm hyper aware of every movement I make, muscle that twitches and sound I hear. Normal folk filter these things out, which is why they are able to "be chill" or "are vibing". I can't. The mind of the loser is hyper aware of the environment.

Lack of social contact usually meant you were on the verge of death, so the brain is picking up on the environment in very high detail. It thinks you are close to the end.

The only way to fix it is positive social experiences. Of course, that is reserved for the people that have already accumulated positive social experiences. The losers sink deeper, and the winners rise upwards.

This is the one the blackest pills I had to swallow, it's harder and harder to try to break the negative loop, and it increases exponentially. It's called alienation. Yes, you can develop some really weird beliefs when you are left alone for too long. You won't notice that these beliefs are weird until someone calls the cops on you.
