I have stopped talking to anyone I don’t have to talk to.

I haven’t spoken to my parents in a while.
I quit therapy months ago.
I don’t even acknowledge my neighbors anymore.
I’m planning on taking a couple weeks off of exercise.

I’m just tired.
I need to rest.

I’m not angry at anyone, I’m not depressed.
I just need silence for a while.
Time to regain my strength.

My mental and physical and emotional strength.

It’s just so tiring to deal with the world.
