i have been gymcelling for many years with many on and off periods
every time I arrive to the same conclusion - it's fucking retarded
I always come to some numbers and stall hard at them for months if not forever
Then I look for some miraculous program online that usually consists of insane volume
I make some progress at the expense of joint pain and stall again
The whole time I look the same
I have not missed a workout over the last 10 months and nothing happened visually.
Honestly, gymcelling without roids is basically almost as ineffective as approaching women.
Running + pull + push-ups and some basic wight exercises will give you all the gains that you can make naturally
Also, your conditioning is all about diet.
