You can't kill your parents for a crime they were forced to commit because it was not considered a crime and instead seen as a good action for their society. It'd be unfair to do so.

Incel parents should be let off with ten year prison sentences if they can afford all the surgeries their son needs. If they cannot pay for it, and the Healthcare system won't pay for it, than there is no benefit to counter to detriment of the incel being born. Killing the parents simply makes the universe a more balanced place.
