I'd think I'd dread getting older and then browsing the social media of people I used to know (e.g. classmates or coworkers) and seeing them with families. But I'll likely be even more desensitized by then.

Largely isn’t true for me, but that just may have been where I grew up.

I’m way farther ahead than most my classmates from HS with regards to money and properly and status and job and whatnot. The thing socially and emotionally they are still farther ahead...GFs, wives, families... the whole lot. In fact, I only know of one other remaining person from my high school class.
