I don't think anyone should have the right to regulate such things. Since at the end of the day, we can't deny our nature, so in a way it's cruel (just like we can't help but crave connections which are denied to us). I do believe that OG mental hospitals should be renewed (not to abuse people like they used to, but to isolate them from spreading their genetics forward, while shielding it as them getting help - which I would imagine they would get and probably would led much better lives). I also see how such system could be abused, but anything in this world can be and is.
