Christmas and New year happened and I was relentlessly mocked by family that we had over especially teenage girls that wouldn't stop. I'm a 23 year old man and I don't know how to respond. I can't hit them but what should I do. They call me ugly and an idiot both true and a loser. Unfortunately fact is that I have managed to alienate myself from family because of some prior dealings and primarily because I'm some ugly ass loser. I have exams coming up and can't focus

Stay in your room and never go out in holidays, that's what I started doing these last few years, works like a charm.
If they keep annoying you to sit down and talk to them just tell them to fuck off or act like you're sick.
