Naw you’ll just end up getting insanely hungry and end up stuffing your face later. Ideally you want to replace what you eat with food that isn’t as high in calories and fat. Some good examples are sandwiches with lots of vegetables, or some lean meats like chicken or fish, or maybe like a stir fry with rice

just do 30 minutes of cardio daily and interment fasting, it will help you stay slim and you dont have to do much and stay away from the soda thats my best advice
