This is Markus Rühl (famous German bodybuilder) after 2 years of working out. He said in one of his videos that he did dirty bulking when he was a beginner. He went to McDonald's, KFC and pizza hut 5 times a week. No joke. I could send you the video but you wouldn't understand a single word. That's how he looked like two years before that picture:
