That is some fucked up logic. The Hamas fighter is not a crocodile, unless you're trying to say that they're both wild beasts, which, in this case, I'd agree, and working in a country that has a hazard of being a war theater is not like the wilderness with wild animals, unless, again, you want to say that Hamas are like the wild animals you find out in nature. No amount of mental gymnastics will justify killing an unaffiliated non-combatant who is just working (as some fucking servant, no less) to feed his family back home. Those poor fucks go anywhere to find work as some slave and send money back to their families.
That guy wasn't an Israeli - all of whom have military training and could be potential combatants, if they're of fighting age - nor was he a mercenary fighting for Israel, nor was he doing anything to actively harm Palestinians. There is no world in which you can morally justify this killing. That poor flip didn't deserve this death.
