I prefer games/porn. I want a foid who appreciates that. If they don't, I'm not going to try to be Chris Rock / Blake Shelton to try and compensate for it.

While I guess you can work at it, I believe elements of charisma can't be taught, they're either random/inherrent and trying to learn them can be a waste of time/money.

I'd rather work at stuff that has side benefits even aside from attracting foids (such as lifting or learning to build or grow things) and which are probably more likely for me to succeed at enough to gain benefits from.
