Nvidia stocks are dropping

Good it was vastly overpriced, their servers and ai trash gave them 280% boost of revenue now it will drop by 80% of that value to 20% they will finally have to give us good value with GPUs or perish like Intel's CPUs :hax::hax::hax::hax::hax::hax:
YES! YES! YES!

This is all just controlled opposition by the Big Nose Gang. It's all part of their Plan.

same shit as Meta back in the day tbh, bunch of rich boomers that have no idea what this thing they're investing into actually does just dumps money into it because it's the "next big thing" and when it's more muted than they expected, if not outright bullshit, they pull out like this.
Intel died for this
It is a great thing that Intel is finally dead. I hope all their employees suffer hard and they didappear and are forgotten.

Artificial Super Intelligence. Basically AI that greatly surpasses peak human capabilities in every conceivable intellectual domain. That's the ultimate goal of Google/anthropic/openai. This would also mean it would be able to rapidly improve it's own code/intelligence without human intervention.
Skynet?

hope they fall even more

Is Intel making money from the arcs or selling that on a loss since b580 needs a powerful CPU to beat a 4060

It's not, AMD needs competition in the CPU market to at least put in the bare minimum of effort

Lmao it will go back up the rtx 5090 is out of stock and ai money is getting higher I am excited for 5070 hope I can live long enough to buy one
Don't buy those shitty 50 series GPUs

I used to care about competition, but not when it comes to Intel and NVIDIA.
They both must die.

It was clearly overvalued, but i'm still surprised it tanked recently considering the 500 billion dollar investment in AI that was announced a few days ago, which Nvidia will get a large chunk of.

I'm also going to guess that the 5000 series GPUs are going to have huge shortages despite being overpriced. Most of Nvidia's focus is on the AI gpus (H100, B200). Why would they care much about their consumer GPUs that sell for $999/$1999 when they can sell 100,000 B200 GPUs to Meta/X/Google/anthropic for $40,000 a piece?

Though ultimately once we get ASI none of this will matter.
TSLA was overvalued in November 2024 yet it still increased by a lot. They just need a small catalyst and people will start buying and ultimately so the the big funds. But fundamentally you're right ofc

Intel's like NOKIA 15 years ago. They're not going with time.

Yes, but Intel still has market share everywhere in CPUs, especially for businesses that want whatever cheap bulk crap. AMD is rapidly cutting the gap in server and consumer, though.

Interesting. I didn’t know this. I wouldn’t personally buy their shares though

Nor would I. But, that's more because more competition will be coming in desktop CPUs in the next couple years as they smell Intel's blood. NVidia is serious about their APUs. Qualcomm is making desktop now. The game is going to change soon, and Intel needs to stop being terrible.

 Interesting
