Think about it. There is surgery for neraly everything now days. You can remove buccal fat, fix your canthal tilt, square your jaw. You can gymcel, wear nice clothing, and all around present yourself better.

You know what you can't do? Go back in time and reestablish your social standing. Once you're out of college, its over. Hell, its pretty fucking difficult to save yourself after high school. Most normal people know dozens of people that go to their state school and use that as leverage to build greater social circles. If you want to get laid or get a gf in 2018, you need to know people and network. You need to seem like a regular member of the pack. The average well adjusted college guy knows HUNDREDS of people at his university, ALWAYS knows when a party is happening, ALWAYS knows which way girls are leaning. They have countless opportunities to get casually laid for get set up for dates.

If you don't know how to network like this, its over. But more blackpilling: if you havn't started in high school you are well past the point of no return. You can make friends at any age through hobbies, clubs, casual conversation in the street or the internet actually, and they will be higher quality than the people you frequent at school or college. I know, I've done it. People are a lot more outgoing and friendly than you imagine, and most adults have actually few friends, you won't be judged as too abnormal.

But I agree that overall, it is way harder to build a social circle after 20 and even harder to mend a broken mind.

This. If youre just ugly it most likely wont work. I personally think most people are fixable though, but surgeons wont put out the shit who are for the truly deformed. They can break every bone in your face and even soft tissue modelling is possible. But they wont give it to a non deformed guy.
