There are 2D anime plush dolls, life sized. I have seen some Japanese users with them. You can also try a life sized rag doll. I saw some in store a while ago and they actually were kind of cute, this one is 98cm. The advantage of a rag doll is you can throw it in the wash when it gets smelly and don’t have to worry about damaging the fingers like a silicone doll, while it remains huggable.
