This is something that i have personally noticed about femoids, even before i had any negative opinions about them as a collective. Foids love to show off their long hair (a trait which has become exclusively associated with them despite the fact that everyone naturally has it), no matter how impractical it is. They will go to any length to do it.
One of the ways foids like to do that is to NOT wear a hat when it's freezing cold outside. During winter, the only people who most actively seem to not wear hats are all young females.
I have noticed this about my foid sister (3 years younger than me) also. When it's cold outside, she will do her best not to wear a hat and go against our mother's wishes. She has done this for a long time, probably after she started going to school and saw the other foids do the same thing.
My opinion is that it's incredibly obnoxious and screams narcissism. Showing off your hair (which gives an average foid one third of their smv) is more important than your health?
The point of a hat is to protect your head, primarily ears from cold. The more clever foids will opt for those fluffy earmuff thingies to at least protect their ears when showing off their hair when going outside during the winter (to attract a tall snowman chad to throatfuck them with his carrot nose).
Foids pretty much want to look sexually approachable every single second of the day, this is literally all they ever worry about. Keep in mind, these yentas have the chutzpah to claim that "inkies are obsessed with sex"
