The better of a diet you follow the less you have to shower; I've learned this since I stopped eating burgers and pizza everyday.

I wash myself often, now I sit at home all day and wash myself once every 3 days, a shower refreshes me, I don’t like the feeling of greasy hair on my head, my hair is quite long, so it’s quite unpleasant.
i do it whenever i start to smell bad, its mostly due to my fast growing arm pit hair anyways.
