DHT is a male sex hormone created when certain enzymes convert testosterone in men's testes and prostate and women's ovaries. DHT is a more powerful hormone than testosterone that actually is essential for most hair growth — except on the head.

A study published in the journal Nature Communications found that men with high levels of the hormone testosterone and certain stress hormones also have stronger immune systems and tend to have more masculine facial features such as a strong jawline — a sexy physical trait.

Men with higher levels of testosterone and DHT will typically have significantly more facial hair than men with lower levels. And, if your body is particularly sensitive to these hormones, you'll likely grow a beard at an earlier age than others—like that one kid in 8th grade who had a full beard.

It's not unusual for extra facial hair to appear after menopause. Why? The ovaries decrease and eventually stop production of the female hormone estrogen after menopause, but both the ovaries and the adrenal glands continue to make male hormones, such as the androgen testosterone. This shift in the ratio of male to female hormones can cause more hair to grow on the face.

No, it says people who have high T usually have more beard and stronger jaw.

But having more facial hair may force the body to generate more T to support the body's new facial hair. Thus helping the jaw line.

Beard grows all the time either you shave it or not, i haven't fully shaved in the last 10 years, i trim it a bit every 4,5 months i didnt notice any testosterone boost. Only thing that naturally boosts testosterone is heavy lifting exercise and red meat, also supplements like zinc and magnesium which helps testosterones to be optimally used.

I mean does all that shit even actually work? I've been thinking about doing stuff like that to cope but I highly doubt they'll change anything for me

No that’s really idiotic stuff

They do unless you have thyroid or some other problem, men in adulthood have similar t levels, taking care of your body wont boost your T levels like steroids or like someone who genetically has superior T but it will be enough, being healthy bmi, having decent diet and weight lifting should be enough. But again sedentary life, depression and stress, what we all suffer decreases T levels so its fucked up.

doesn't that get worse because of having low T or is it some kind of weird loop
Yeah weird loop is good name for it, depression and stress release cortisol which lowers T.

Ye haha. As someone who has been losing his hair for 15 years I heard all kinds of silly reasons about why it was due to some form of hair cutting. Usually either a lack of it or too much of it. A guy once claimed if I shaved my hair everyday it would thicken and lost hair might even return :feelskek:

Yeah its bullshit, if a hair falls down it should automatically regrow, whats gets fucked up is the hair follicle which dies and not produce new hairs and it doesnt have anything to do with hair length or do you wear hats or not. Its genetic thing, like everything else.

Ye. I can tell you first hand as well, the pills and the sprays etc are ALL a bunch of shit too. They do either nothing or next to nothing at best. Like using a wooden plank to stop the tide coming in. I tried them all and looked around forums at other people's results with all manner of medications for years...nothing. Ended up getting a hair transplant a couple of years ago because I hated seeing my big bald head in the mirror.

Good, is it a hair transplant good fix? it doesnt fall off or something?

Ye it is probably the only thing that works to be honest. I was never going FULLY bald. Just receding big time at the corners. They take it from areas where it was never going to genetically be lost so it's pretty permanent.

:lul::lul::lul: wtf
does it actually work
As far as "real" evidence goes, there's only a century old study apparently, but many red pill "men's health" sites vouch for it, and i've seen it recommended around lookism forums as well. Basically, what have you got to lose? (Don't tan them for too long in a day tho :shock::shock::shock:)

Glad to hear.:feelsokman::feelsokman:
Just shine a red light on your balls.
I'm serious, search it up.
Like tanning your balls or that orange light that heals wounds? Maybe it rises vitamin d which i think it helps.

Legit tanning them, it increases testosterone levels by 200% apparently (I don't know how much steroids increase T levels, but seeing some sources, it's actually comparable to taking higher than recommended doses of steroids), and being high T is always good for your health.

For full effect for the experiment, do not shave and do not trim the beard.

King James Bible
Leviticus 19:27
Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.

I’m guessing most incels have trouble growing beards

How will that even work? Is there such a mechanism in body?

I mean maybe it helps with having more energy/feeling better :feelssus:
It doesn’t happen cuz you’relow t or other shit those pheromones shit is bullshit,any normal human living our lives would be the same

I'm getting velashape to fix my saggy jawline

I don't have a jawline, my head is a blob with a receding hairline. They used to call me melon head. I have facial hair as it is quite literally the only feature of my face.

Explains all the normies who shave their beard only to have their foid leave them when it sees their shitty jawline
