got an attack again , forgot to take another spray with me and there it came , shit feels like fucking LITE ROPING , first you get headache and a wired feeling , i guess adrtenalin and panic , your body cant inhale enough oxygen , your bronchies widen up and it clogs to much space in your lung ,
everyone who got asthma knows what i mean ,

lucky that i was near home , without spray/inhale device ( at home ) i propably wouldve got a blackout sooner or later

That sucks tbh. I feel for you. I had asthma attacks when I was in elementary but they were rare and the problem fixed itself over time. It's an awful feeling especially if you don't know what's happening.

Try butekyo breathing. Might alleviate your symptoms somewhat when you don't have your inhaler. Drinking caffeinated beverages supposedly helps too.
