i'm using the free town wifi which i can access from my flat but the signal constantly fucks up.
it seems to fuck up the most on IS for some reason too.
whenever the signal does fucked up, IS bugs out, but that doesn't happen if i go on youtube or ebay.

It's because the other nearby WiFi systems are causing radio interference. It's a common thing. Try shielding you're walls with foil or graphite paint connected to ground. You can use lots of different stuff. Aluminum or carbonized/graphite window screen. Foil. Emf Grounding sheets. Chivken wire. Graphite paint. Lead paint (the real reason its illegal)

Or, use a WiFi booster. Or simply change you're frequency. (See what freq is being used around you, then use a different one)

Chances are, you are on the same band as everyone else in the building. Use a different band/freq
