You also vastly underestimate how east it is to fix acne. It would not be a problem is "cream a" will fix every case. The closest is Accutane which is freakishly expensive and has horrible side effects.

Perhaps, if you have the money and want to be extremely shamed by everyone around you for trying to improve your looks. Then again, I'm not so sure pig snouts can be fixed as they need to get considerably larger, not smaller.
