Yea but North Korea's biggest assets are it's nukes and artillery pieces that are all within shooting range of multiple large south korean cities including Seoul.
5000-7000 North Korean artillery pieces all within shooting range of South Korea and if you can just imagine 30min of a relentless initial artillery barrage.
