I looked on fb and twitter to see how normoids are dealing with lockdown and so many of them are complaining about weight gain and not being able to stop eating jfl

ive said this before, fat men usually become fat due to using food as a cope. But normoids just ignore this anyway and gaslight them for being fat, despite food being their only cope. But now that normoids have no connection and having to face loneliness, they're having to cope with food and are now becoming fat themselves.

I gained alot of weight after my family turned to shit due to using a food as a cope, now the same people who always bullied me for being fat are now becoming overweight themselves jfl hope they all die of a artery block tbh

surprises me a bit tbh. I am borderline underweight so this isn't a concern for me either way but quarantine has actually led to me eating healthier and cooking nice meals. this morning I made spicy scrambled egg sandwiches with sour cream/paprika/chili powder/turmeric/black pepper. very delicious, I like experimenting with spices when I cook. I've also had more time and motivation to lift weights so quarantine has been a net positive for my health and physique
