No, as a trucel you have to protect yourself as much as possible especially from exposure to the outside world.
I saw threads by some brocels here claiming that they use apps like omegle to try and socialize which is absolutely unnecessary.
I've done that in the past and got insulted a lot especially by my own countrymen, when I switched to the US only region I got mocked for my accent and some guy even told me that I looked like a school shooter.
