What is that phrase about: ''You are not entitled to sex...(insert any word)''. Most of the time, it will come from females. Are females entilted to it? My take is that if masturbation had been enough, it would have been written in place of sex or at least there should be some explanation. From what I see, sex is the most motivating need that is not a strict prerequisite for survival. Afterall, superior organisms have embedded in their constitution a need to perpetuate themselves, hence I infer from this fact that masturbation is not enough and the full sexual intercourse is required for complete homeostasis.

On a social scale, it's also well known that sex moves a lot of money and resources. Lack of sex destroys motivation and commitment towards a society that prevents from satisfying this need, which is our case, except Tesla like geniuses.
