I am awkward as fuck, I own up to that. I'm okay with the stacey's avoiding me, Im okay with the Beckies being polite and Im okay with the chads and normal men living their lives as they see fit. Till it impacts me, and it does, every day in the world of the job markets. Im not in a career where you need to be social, or where you need to have interpersonal skills; but in spite of that, I have the Beckies and Stacey's of HR giving benifical jobs to Normies. I would be okay with this if said normy/chad was more qualified than me, but when I have said normy, after the fact, contacting me for an explanation on how 'A' works or how to repair this or how to bring "B' up to full production. Then I get bitchy; you got a fucking promotion over me because you are fucking cute and a woman wants in your fucking pants, and Im expected to help you do the job? Do you know how this job market is for us, shit. At least I have enough hard skills to fucking tutor people and get paid, but that is a fucking pittance for giving a job/promotion when I know for a fact I was the best qualified. Im okay losing out to more qualified candidates, Im okay losing out to less qualified candidates if the reason was they were serving their country or something selfless like that; Im not okay with Chad getting a technical job he isnt qualified for because Stacey in HR likes how he talks and how he looks in a blue fucking shirt. Why does that fucking matter in a technical job?
