Pedophilia is an attraction to people younger than 10-12 (13 conservatively), and the person must be five years older than the prepubescent child and at least 16.

The reason people make the distinction and remind retards of the definition is because they are labelling people who have a natural and healthy attraction a pedophile. Not a light accusation.

TL;DR, attraction to 13+ is not pedophilia.
