Yup, I'd be fine with my job if I didnt have to interact with speak to anyone casually. My job is basically to write code and then wait for boomers or normies to review it which takes a long time. Then the other part of my job is having to socially interact with those people, fake laughs and partake in some "banter" (mild bullying of the lower status males like me), which is apparently important for building team spirit.

this is completely true. Incels don't even talk they just get in there, get shit done and leave. We don't have to be told what to do.
