I don't think it works like that. In my opinion, Chads simply can't be bothered to deal with people like us. Normies are the ones who bully us more often simply because we are directly below them in social hierarchy. Normies *need* to bully us in order to confirm their superior social status over us. They aren't Chads but through bullying us they can tell themselves: "At least I'm not as bad as those other losers." Chads get their ego boost in other, more subtle ways. They lord over normies, so they have no need to interact with the lowest social caste, i.e. incels. Chads get their ego boost by trying to appear a "good person" and you're falling for their tricks since you seem to believe that Chads want to "improve themselves".

Chads try to appear "good" and help other people in order to glorify themselves. God is a being that gives you life but he can also take it away from you. So, there is a "constructive" (life-giving) side to being a god and there is also a "destructive" (death-bringer) side to it as well. The normie usually engaes in the destructive side because it is easier: building something is much harder than destroying something. So the normie destroys incel lives in order to feel powerful. The Chad, on the other hand, has grown out of such childish games. The Chad might be a bully in his childhood, but in his adolescence, or early adulthood at the latest, he will start feeling unsatisfied by simple desctruction. It is far too easy for him. Thus he will start expressing his power by *helping* people instead of *harming* people. But there is nothing legitemately altruistic about it: it's all a shitshow that allows Chad to feel important 'cause he can tell himself that if he is a good person and that if it wasn't for him that person he helped would be helpless.
