I don't know how normies fail to see that telling an ugly man stuff like "stop whining, tons of ugly dudes get laid and are rich, try harder" is EXACTLY the same as telling some poor black guy in a guetto something like "stop whining, tons of black men who were born poor became rich successful men, try harder". It's very cruel to tell obviously disadvantaged people who are suffering that they are guilty for their failure because a small minority of people in similar conditions (who probably had distinguished capacities from the start and/or got lucky) managed to make it.
Not to mention how most examples of ugly guys who get laid they use are obvious betabuxx/statusleech situations in which the foid has no real interest in the guy.
They only do it because the incel reality goes against the feminist status quo, while telling a poor black guy that would be unnacceptable also because of the status quo that considers blacks the ultimate eternal victims.
