Depending on how you define normie and incel both groups have millions / billions of people in them. You're gonna have to give me a bit more than your one personal encounter with a smelly weeb to convince me that normies as a whole are on average more tolerable than incels. Not like there even is a clear distinction in the first place, many incels are just ugly normies.
Although you seem to be determining who's a normie by someone's looks. Which just makes zero sense to me, the vast majority of sub-5s are gonna be bluepilled, conformist normies. If looks are what determines someone's normie-status AND looks ratings are based (at least primarily) on how the other sex percieves you AND women percieve a majority of men as below average, that all combines to the genius conclusion that you defined "normie" in such a way that a minority of people falls into the category.
I think maybe a better way of putting the core idea is:
Incels often are rather unlikeable even in th eyes of other incels. There is a large variety of reasons for this:
-the good old (bad) genes come in a package
-looks affect every aspect of life, meaning that ugly people often are both mentally damaged and never had a chance to learn how to properly socialize
-strong overrepresentation of autists / NDs / people with some form of mental health condition, all of whom are difficult to deal with
-our diversity is our weakness, it's hard to unite or even relate to each other when your supposed in-group includes differend IQ-ranges, races, classes, nationalities, religions, personality types, etc.
-even our struggle is undesirably diverse, a high inhib mentalcel with mediocre-bad looks but also with crippling autism and social anxiety and some 1/10 deformed truecel might both never get laid, but they don't necessarily went though the same experiences and they won't necessarily feel like they share a common struggle
-especially since men like to infight / wrangle over the pecking order any chance they get
Or maybe that is going way too far and all you wanted to say is that people who give up on their personal hygiene are highly unpleasent to be around.
